SVXConnect companion

PoC PTT icon

PoC PTT

Android

A tiny SVXConnect companion for push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) handsets like the Uniwa F400, whose PTT button doesn't reach apps in the background. It captures the hardware key and relays it to SVXConnect. Sideload only — not on the Play Store.

Free macOS companions

Small, optional helpers that make the desktop apps better. Download straight from here — no App Store, signed & notarized by Apple.

System-wide push-to-talk hotkey

A standalone macOS app that gives SVXConnect a global push-to-talk hotkey — press a key combo anywhere to toggle or hold PTT, even when SVXConnect isn't the front app.

QRZ.com lookups & QSO logging

A standalone QRZ.com companion. SVXConnect uses it to resolve callsigns in real time, or look up the one on your clipboard from anywhere with a hotkey. It logs QSOs too — a hotkey opens a prefilled form that files straight to your QRZ.com logbook, and your last five contacts stay in the menu bar.

Tip: pair either companion with Hyperkey to turn the otherwise-wasted Caps Lock into a modifier for your push-to-talk and lookup hotkeys. The apps check this page for new versions and let you know when an update is ready.
